KVKK Notice
This notice is issued under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") regarding the processing of personal data by Krest Yazılım San. Tic. A.Ş. — the data controller behind the Specula brand.

2. Personal data processed
Identity data (full name), contact data (email, phone), customer transaction data (invoices, subscription), security data (IP address, log records), and marketing preferences.
3. Purposes of processing
(a) Providing the Service and fulfilling contractual obligations, (b) financial transactions and invoicing, (c) customer support processes, (d) information security and fraud detection, (e) fulfilling legal obligations, (f) marketing communications, subject to your explicit consent.
4. Legal basis
Your personal data is processed based on Article 5/2 of KVKK: performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest, and where required, explicit consent.
5. Data sharing
Data is shared with cloud providers, payment institutions, and authorized public authorities solely for the purposes stated above. Cross-border transfers are subject to safeguards under Article 9 of KVKK.
6. Collection methods
Data is collected through website forms, account creation, email correspondence, cookies, and your use of the Service, by automated or semi-automated means.
7. Your rights (KVKK Article 11)
You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose, know third parties data is shared with, request correction or deletion, object to automated decisions, and claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
